4.1 WALink.one provides tools for generating WhatsApp Short Links, Branded Links, QR Codes, and Floater Widgets.
4.2 Our Service is based on WhatsApp’s public API and is neither associated with nor sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.

5. Payment and Subscription
5.1 Payment for the Service is made via a yearly subscription.
5.2 We accept payment through PayPal and Offline payment methods.
5.3 All payments are non-refundable.
5.4 The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. User Obligations
6.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
6.3 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 WALink.one and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Delphoma.
7.2 Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Delphoma.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 WALink.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
9.2 WALink.one makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

10. Termination
10.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
10.2 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Burkina Faso, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16.1 No waiver by WALink.one of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of WALink.one to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Assignment
17.1 WALink.one may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
17.2 You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

18. Acknowledgment
